Join our Managed Services team and grow into technical topics around xSuite Capture & Cloud Managed Services. Together, we help customers keep document-based business processes running smoothly and make them smarter over time.

You will work with experienced colleagues, customers, xSuite Product Support and internal teams, learning how to understand requirements and support practical solutions.

With structured onboarding through our xSuite ACADEMY and personal mentoring, you will get the support you need to build confidence and contribute your ideas.

With your interest in technology and digital processes, you will support the reliable operation of xSuite Capture & Cloud solutions and learn how to analyze processes, dependencies and workflows.

Step by step, you will take on monitoring tasks, support error analysis and get familiar with smaller customizing adjustments while learning from experienced colleagues.

You do not need to know everything from day one. Curiosity, structure and motivation are key; first OCR, cloud, support, Microsoft Server or SQL experience is a plus. Good German and English skills help you communicate with customers and international teams.
